Insurance Coverage

Increasing access to care is a fundamental priority of our center. We want to provide the highest quality, efficient, effective, and convenient service to individuals and families. Much time goes into the delivery of psychological services and in order to maintain a high standard of care, we seek to collaborate with insurance companies who believe in our model of care and support our center accordingly. At the current moment we take the following insurances:

  • United Health Care
  • United Medical Resources (UMR)

Some insurance plans allow for out of network benefits. If your insurance is not listed above and you want to pursue out of network benefits consider these steps:

  • Contact your insurance and see if you are eligible for out of network benefits. If you are, ask them:
    • What services are covered for outpatient behavioral health?
    • How do you submit the superbill?
    • What information is needed on the superbill?
    • What percentage of treatment do they cover?
 
  • Discuss answers to these questions with your clinician prior to your appointment. 
 

Private Pay Rates

$250   Individual Therapy/Family Therapy/Parent Coaching Sessions

$350   School Based Risk Assessments includes accompanying documentation
